Solapur is a city of 800 thousand inhabitants in the state of Maharashtra, known for its many textile industries, as the Manchester of India.
I took these pictures at dusk of an ordinary day, 27th February 2014 intrigued by the Indian-Deco architecture of some of the buildings near the hotel that I was staying at and in the adjacent evening market. (m.p).
