It seems that in the city of Amsterdam, Holland, a popular referendum has been submitted for a municipal provision which foresees that the leads for walking dogs should be equipped with an automatic elongation stop of 132 cm. and that it is not possible to conduct dog/s and bicycle at the same time and by the same user.
